Classes are great way to get introduced to the sport of gymnastics. At Synergy Sportz, our coaches and instructors care for each and every athlete working to bring out the best in them through a friendly, positive, and dynamic environment. No matter if the goal is to just get up and move around or develop skills to move on to our competitive teams, we have a class that is right for you.
For your ease and convenience, Synergy Sportz offers open online class registration and enrollment for all of our classes, so you can enroll at any time. Click the Blue Parent Portal to get started.
Month to Month Automatic Billing
To keep rates reasonable and easy for you to track, Synergy Sportz runs on a Four Week Class Schedule that coincides with Automatic Four Week Billing. If at any time you need to take a break you MUST email, us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the first day of the Four Week Class Schedule and we will gladly place your account on hold. Phone Calls to place your accountant on hold will NOT be Accepted, due to our limited Front Desk hours.
Synergy Sportz does charge an annual membership fee of $30 per child or $50 per family. These fees are collected at the time of initial enrollment and are nonrefundable.
Make Up Policy
As a courtesy, Synergy Sportz offers a One Time per Month 30-day Make-Up Class. Additional Missed Classes, more than one per month, will be granted an Open Gym Pass with No Expiration. Make-Up Classes will only be honored if prearranged and scheduled in advance, to adhere to the coach to gymnast ratio for the safety and enjoyment of all athletes. If the prearranged Make-Up Classes is missed, then the Make-Up Class will be forfeited. Synergy Sportz Does Not offer Refunds for Missed Classes.
Positive Illness Testing Policy
It is the parents’ responsibility to inform a Synergy Sportz staff member if your child has tested positive for any contagious illness or has been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for any contagious illness. Additionally, it is the parents’ responsibility to follow all CDC and Local Health Department guidelines regarding said illness.
It is the parents’ responsibility to check your child's temperature and for signs of illness prior to every drop off. Parents are responsible to keep children home and inform a Synergy Sportz staff member if their child is showing any signs of sickness including but not limited to a temperature of 100.4 or higher, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.

This is the perfect class for your little one to start getting involved in gymnastics. Within this class your child will be participating in the gymnastics class with your help. They will be doing fun obstacle courses, jumping on the trampoline as well as going in the pit! This class is for both boys and girls.
This will be your child’s first class without a parent going in to the gym with them. Within this class we will have lots of fun obstacle course to help your child with rolling, running, jumping and other motor skills. This class is for both boys and girls.
Our beginner class will introduce your child to the four Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor). Your child will be learning the fundamental skills on each of the Olympic events. These skills will help your child with developing strength as well as body awareness, flexibility, coordination in a fun and safe learning environment.
Once your child has achieved the fundamental skills in the beginner class you will be asked to move your child into the intermediate class. Within this class your child will be learning the skill progresses from their fundamental skills. This class will keep working on strength and body control as well as the confidence to try new skills.
Once your child has achieved the intermediate skills in the intermediate class you will be asked to move your child into the advance class. Within this class your child will work on perfecting all of the skills that they have learned as well of new skills. This class will help improve your child’s body awareness in harder gymnastics skills. Your child’s teacher will be doing lots of stations as well as spotting to make sure your child is learning in a safe and fun environment.
This boys only class will focus on the men’s Olympic equipment (Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and High Bar). Your child will be learning the fundamental skills on each of the Olympic events. These skills will help your child with developing strength as well as body awareness, flexibility, coordination in a fun and safe learning environment.
Once your child has achieved the fundamental skills in the beginner class you will be asked to move your child into the Intermediate/Advance Class. Within this class your child will be learning the skill progresses from their fundamental skills. This class will keep working on strength and body control as well as the confidence to try new skills. This class will help improve your child’s body awareness in harder gymnastics skills. Your child’s teacher will be doing lots of stations as well as spotting to make sure your child is learning in a safe and fun environment.
Parkour, otherwise known as the art of movement, is the discipline of moving efficiently from point A to point B as quickly as possible. Not only does the sport require you to overcome physical obstacle through creative movement, but there are also mental obstacles to overcome.
Tricking is a unique way for individuals to incorporate extreme movements with finesse and the tricksters own personal expression. No two tricksters are alike as the sport encourages creative expression of movement combined with intricate tumbling and body movement.
This class is for any child, boys and girls, that just really wants to tumble and bounce in the air! Students will be taught the foundations needed to master tumbling and flight with proper set up and rebound. Teaching students how to properly direct all that tumbling energy into something amazing. At Synergy Sportz your class instructors will focus on drills to build positive muscle memory by breaking down many tumbling elements to their base thus ensuring that students can keep building on their accomplishments to master more and more complex movements.
