After decades training and coaching our local athletes to be better gymnasts and people, Dr. Farzi Wlotzka is stepping down from running the gym. The new owner, Shirley Scaggs, knows that she has very big shoes to fill in keeping the same high standards and showing the love and care that Coach Farzi has for all of these years. Coach Farzi will not be leaving completely, she will still be teaching Tumbling Classes on Wednesday and some Special Gymnastics Clinics throughout the year.

Our Mission it to provide a fun, positive and safe atmosphere where your athlete can learn, have fun and grow together as part of a larger family..
Our 10,000 sq ft facility provides all equipment necessary for both competitive and recreation gymnastics. We have all apparatus for both Boys and Girls. In addition to gymnastics we offer Tumbling classes, Parkour and Tricking. Our goals is to have small class sizes and a lower coach to gymnast ratio to offer the attention needed for our athletes to accomplish their best.
We are a USA Gymnastics (USAG) Member GYM and a member of SafeSport. While gymnastics is an individual competitive sport, no body gets to the top alone. All the coaches and staff at Synergy Sportz work together to help your child succeed. We encourage our athletes to support one another in a positive way. Gymnastics, like life, can be scary and challenging. With the support of instructors, coaches, mentors, friends and family, it makes it a whole lot easier to succeed.
Our coaches take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that mastering new gymnastics, parkour and tumbling skills can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We will work with you and your athletes to bring out your best by being positive, supportive and challenging.
